Yuhan Corporation and Osang Healthcare have signed an agreement for strategic partnership and business cooperation.

The two companies have agreed to cooperate in discovering and fostering new growth industries and creating synergies in their existing businesses. The main areas of cooperation include new businesses such as artificial intelligence (AI) and digital healthcare, expanding sales by utilizing each other's domestic and international networks, cooperation in the development, supply, marketing, and licensing of in vitro diagnostic products, and joint investment.
