FC Anyang of the K League 2 won its first K League 2 championship in 11 years. With this victory, Anyang will be promoted to the K League 1 for the first time since its founding next season.

FC Anyang secured the league title with a 0-0 draw against Bucheon FC 1995 in the 38th round of the Hana Bank K League 2 2024, held at Bucheon Sports Complex on the afternoon of the 2nd. Regardless of the results of the remaining games, Anyang secured an early direct promotion by widening the point gap with 2nd-place Chungnam Asan and 3rd-place Seoul E-Land.
