Osang Healthcare has made a follow-up investment in Allez Health, a US-based continuous glucose monitoring device developer.

Allez Health is a US venture company founded in 2018 by former Dexcom employees with the goal of innovating diabetes management technology through the development of continuous glucose monitoring devices. The company is composed of experts with experience in R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, strategy, and marketing at major CGM and healthcare companies.

Co-founder and CEO Leif Bowman has a track record of successfully launching cutting-edge blood glucose meters and other medical devices. CTO Robert Boock, formerly of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), was the lead developer of the Dexcom G4 CGM, while CSO Ted Zhang played a central role in CGM development, leading the development of the Dexcom G4 sensor membrane.
